Mina Steakhouse is a luxurious restaurant in the city of Cambridge and I was lucky enough to recently visit this incredible establishment. From the stunning décor to the incredible staff, you can read my full restaurant review below.
Location
This restaurant is located a short walk from the station and in close proximity to central Cambridge, in case you fancy hitting the town after a luxurious meal at Mina Steakhouse. The restaurant is almost impossible to miss due to the stunning decor that is displayed throughout the restaurant. As soon as you enter Mina Steakhouse, you are sure to feel at ease and in awe of the beautiful way that this unique restaurant has been decorated.
Food
I'm not even sure where to begin regarding the incredible food that was served at Mina Steakhouse. I was very impressed with the large variety of starters, which made it hard to decide what to eat. We ended up going for the buffalo chicken and the truffle fries, which were both absolutely delicious. For mains I had the honey and garlic salmon whilst Chris had the classic burger. My salmon was lovely and Chris said his burger was one of the best that he has had! Mina Steakhouse has an extensive menu which includes expensive, luxury items such as the 'Mina Gold Steak' which sounds divine. Due to how delicious the standard burger was, Chris has stated that he will definitely be back for the golden burger at some point!
Staff
There were many incredible aspects of our time within Mina Steakhouse and the staff definitely contributed to our overall enjoyment. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well as being passionate about what they do and willing to offer advice, recommendations and updates about the extraordinary events that Mina Steakhouse creates. From fire breathing to holiday give aways, there is sure to be something to take your fancy and it is refreshing to speak to staff members who are excited by their restaurant. We will definitely be back for a themed night soon!
Drinks
Mina steakhouse is home to a very impressive selection of drinks, including specialty cocktails that include sweet treats such as candy floss. The servers took great joy in talking us through the varied menu and adding their recommendations for what we would like based on our taste pallet. I ended up going for the candy floss Margarita, which was beautifully decorated and very tasty. Chris had an unfiltered Stella pint, which he raved about and is desperate to have again. We even ended the night with a complimentary shot, that was very much appreciated and equally as delicious as the food.
Overall, I was extremely impessed with the quality of food served at Mina Steakhouse as well as the large variety of options and extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. This amazing restaurant is so much more than a steakhouse. The décor is some of the best that I have seen and the incredible staff added to our wonderful experience.
